Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain FMS and IMS databases with high accuracy and data integrity.
Design, develop, and automate workflows using Google Apps Script.
Create advanced MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers in Google Sheets.
Build automated data collection, validation, reporting, and notification systems.
Integrate data from multiple sources and generate real-time business insights.
Develop and maintain inventory tracking, asset management, and service management reports.
Automate recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Create custom functions, triggers, and web-based solutions using Google Apps Script.
Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies,



and implement corrective measures.
Coordinate with Operations, Inventory, HR, Finance, and Management teams for reporting requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI dashboards.
Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives across the organization.
Ensure proper documentation of workflows, databases, and automation processes.

Experience
4 +years of relevant experience in Data Management, MIS, Process Automation, FMS, or IMS settings.
Proven experience in developing complex Google Sheets and Google Apps Script solutions.
