Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital transformation programs across the enterprise.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of core enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, and HRIS, ensuring optimal performance and integration.
Drive the adoption and optimization of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to enhance scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
Champion the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI/ML-driven process automation solutions across various business functions.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Mentor and lead a high-performing team of engineers and solution architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget.




Establish and maintain solid vendor relationships, evaluating current technologies and partners to support future digital initiatives.

Requirements:
12+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a significant focus on digital transformation and enterprise solutions.
Proven expertise in leading large-scale implementations of ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and other core enterprise systems.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
Solid background in AI, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, with experience in deploying automated solutions.
Solid program and project management skills, including familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
