Ph.D. preferred as per UGC norms.

Operations Management
MBA in Operations Management or equivalent Master's Degree.
Ph.D. preferred as per UGC norms.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Guide student projects, internships, and dissertations.
Conduct research and publish in reputed journals.
Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and accreditation activities.
Mentor students and contribute to departmental and institutional growth.
Promote industry interaction and skill-based learning.

Preferred Skills




Research orientation with quality publications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to integrate industry practices with classroom teaching.
Proficiency in ICT-enabled teaching methods.
