Job Title: Quality Analyst Lead

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality Analysts.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and standards.
Conduct audits, reviews, and inspections to identify process gaps and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.
Track, analyze, and report on quality metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and performance.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team.




Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with QA tools, reporting systems, and data analysis.

Preferred:
Experience in an eCommerce workplace.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
