Strengthening the procurement process for creating POs, and performing goods reception.
Maintenance of all Master Vendor Files I.e. Vendor Codes and Material/Service Codes.
Developing an organization’s purchasing strategy; Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
Streamlining the process for maintaining bid documents and contract files, evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors;
Producing Reports and MIS, performing Data Analytics and Creating Dashboard for the company spend
Identify exceptions & deviations, as well as management of these situations and discussing with Vendor for solutions and replacements.
Strengthening Vendor Management process including evaluation and feedback and monitoring of SLAs and KPIs.




As per market requirements for NPD getting and arranging the materials from Vendors
Assessing the current state of Administration spend strategy, and conceptualize optimal planning-to-acquire process.
Work closely with all Unit Leads teams, to implement the acquisition and spends strategy
Plan administration spends across all LoB’s
Demonstrate optimization of spends
Organizing Regular training of SPOCs for MM, and procurement process

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
