Hart is a Korean-formulated, science-backed skincare brand built around a barrier-first approach. We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to represent Hart at our retail pop-up store at RP Mall, Kollam.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Understand customers’ skincare concerns and recommend suitable Hart products.
Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage and routines clearly to customers.
Drive product sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing retail counter.
Handle billing and customer purchases accurately.
Maintain proper product display and ensure adequate stock availability.
Monitor inventory at the store and maintain daily inventory records.
Coordinate the movement of inventory between the warehouse and retail store when required.
Maintain accurate daily sales and stock reports.




Handle customer queries and provide a positive shopping experience.
Represent the Hart brand professionally at all times.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer service and sales skills.
Interest in skincare and beauty products.
Confident and presentable personality.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products appropriately.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in retail, skincare, cosmetics or beauty sales will be an advantage.
