We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Operations Intern who wants hands-on exposure to Human Resources, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Operations Management, Documentation, and Business Administration.

This is an excellent chance for fresh graduates and final-year students who want practical corporate experience and career growth in HR and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Support onboarding and employee documentation.
Assist in creating HR policies, employee letters, and internal communications.

Operations
Manage internal operational trackers and reports.
Coordinate with different departments for project and resource management.
Assist in maintaining SOPs and process documentation.
Support employee attendance, leave records,



and compliance activities.
Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards.
Help streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements Must Have
Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation (BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA HR, MBA Operations, or related fields).
Strong communication skills.
Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Solid attention to detail.

Good to Have
Basicknowledge of HR processes.
Experience with LinkedIn recruitment.
Familiarity with ATS tools.
Knowledge of documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹10,097.71 - ₹26,637.38 per month
