Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Verify and process transporter bills, freight invoices, diesel expenses, toll charges, and trip-related expenses.
Prepare and issue customer invoices for transportation and logistics services.
Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection from customers.
Reconcile customer accounts, vendor accounts, bank statements, and transporter ledgers.
Maintain accurate accounting records in ERP/Tally and ensure timely data entry.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and daily fund requirements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.




Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
Prepare budgets, expense analysis, profitability reports, and cost-control measures.
Verify vehicle-related expenses including fuel, maintenance, insurance, permits, and tolls.
Support management with financial analysis and decision-making reports.
Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for all financial transactions.
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
