About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Publish and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Experience in both Domestic and International Hiring is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
Robust sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
