Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Powder Coating Machine Operator to join our team. The operator will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal surfaces using powder coating equipment, ensuring high-quality output that meets industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Operate powder coating machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor curing ovens and adjust settings to ensure proper adhesion and durability.
Inspect finished products for quality, thickness, and colour consistency.
Maintain equipment, perform routine checks, and report any mechanical issues.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work workplace.




Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality targets.

Qualifications
Prior experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred.
Knowledge of surface preparation, coating techniques, and curing processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and work orders.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physical ability to handle materials, stand for long periods, and work in a manufacturing setting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
