Key Responsibilities
⁠ ⁠Develop cutting-edge and aesthetically strong design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
⁠ ⁠Lead projects from concept design through execution and final handover.
⁠ ⁠Create mood boards, space planning, furniture layouts, material palettes, and design presentations.
⁠ ⁠Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and furniture details using AutoCAD.
⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
⁠ ⁠Conduct client meetings, understand design requirements, and present creative solutions confidently.
⁠ ⁠Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior designers to ensure timely project delivery.




⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the execution team to ensure design intent is maintained on-site.
⁠ ⁠Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and luxury interiors.
⁠ ⁠Ensure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining the highest design standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
⁠ ⁠5+ years of experience in Residential and Commercial Interior Design.
⁠ ⁠Solid design aesthetics with an excellent understanding of luxury interiors.
⁠ ⁠Exceptional space planning and conceptual design skills.
⁠ ⁠Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of furniture detailing and construction drawings.
⁠ ⁠Robust presentation and client-handling skills.
⁠ ⁠Ability to lead and manage a design team.
⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
