Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in

Python backend development and a strong full stack engineering mindset. The ideal

robust APIs, and working closely with frontend technologies — especially React.js

(mandatory).

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive solutions
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders





Mandatory Skills
8+ years of software development experience in Python
Hands-on experience with Django / FastAPI / Flask
Strong frontend development experience with React.js (mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
Robust understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Exposure to Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Celery
Experience in scalable product-based settings
Knowledge of DevOps practices
Strong ownership and leadership mindset
