Position Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Social Media Marketing & Brand Manager who can take complete ownership of the brand's online presence, storytelling, content strategy, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop long-term brand strategy.
Build brand identity across all channels.
Create seasonal campaign ideas.
Maintain consistency in brand communication.
Identify market trends and customer preferences.
Competitor research and benchmarking.
Plan monthly,



quarterly and annual branding activities.
Build Raisin into a premium fashion brand.
Social Media Management

Manage all social media platforms including:
Instagram
Facebook
YouTube
Pinterest
LinkedIn
WhatsApp Channels

Responsibilities include:
Monthly content calendar
Daily posting
Reels strategy
Story planning
Carousel posts
Engagement strategy
Community management
Comment & DM management
Trend research
Viral content planning
Content Planning

Plan and create:
Reels
Videos
Static creatives
Carousels
Festival campaigns
Fashion styling videos
Behind-the-scenes content
Employee culture content
Customer testimonials
Store launch content
Airport store content
Product launch campaigns
Blog Writing & SEO

Write SEO-friendly blogs on topics like:
