Job Summary

Matrix IT World is looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive for our IT retail showroom in Calicut.

The role involves selling laptops, desktops, gaming products, printers, accessories, and other IT products.

Minimum two years of retail sales experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Attend showroom customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain laptop, desktop, gaming, printer, and accessory features clearly.
Convert walk-in enquiries and quotations into sales.
Minimum two years of experience in retail sales is mandatory.:
Experience in laptop, computer, mobile, electronics, home appliance, automobile, or other showroom sales is preferred.
Qualification: Plus Two, Diploma, Degree, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent.
Good customer-handling and sales-closing skills.
Good communication skills in Malayalam.




Basic English communication ability.
Basic knowledge of laptops, computers, and technology will be an advantage.
Must be confident, energetic, disciplined, and presentable.
Should be comfortable working with sales targets and performance incentives.
Willing to learn product specifications, offers, finance schemes, and sales techniques.
Must be comfortable working on Saturdays, Sundays, festival periods, and retail business days.
Must be able to commute to the showroom daily without difficulty.

This position is for our showroom in Calicut city.
