Plan and schedule daily machining activities.:
Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines.
Monitor machine utilization and improve productivity.
Coordinate with production, planning, and maintenance departments.
Supervise machine operators, CNC programmers, setters, and technicians.
Assign work according to employee skills and workload.
Train and mentor shop-floor personnel.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.
Ensure manufactured components meet drawings and specifications.
Review inspection reports and resolve quality issues.
Implement corrective and preventive actions.
Reduce rejection and rework.
