About Us

Emperor Bulls is a leading stock market education institute with multiple branches across Punjab. We are looking for a confident, skilled, and customer-focused Counsellor cum Receptionist to join our Moga Branch.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and students.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media leads.
Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records.
Schedule appointments, demo classes, and meetings.
Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth operations.
Maintain student records and basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:




Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM, etc.).
Positive attitude and qualified appearance.
Ability to work independently and achieve admission targets.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduation in any stream.
1+ year experience in counselling, sales, telecalling, customer service, or reception roles.
Experience in the education industry will be an added advantage.
