Explain hair transplant, hair fall, PRP, GFC, and skin treatments to prospective patients.

Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.

Follow up with leads and schedule consultation appointments.

Coordinate with influencers and content creators for clinic promotions.

Support marketing campaigns to increase clinic visibility and patient appointments.

Build solid relationships with patients and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:
1+ year of experience in marketing, sales, patient counseling, or customer relationship management.

Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).

Confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented.

Experience in a healthcare, hair transplant, dermatology, dental, or aesthetic clinic is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
