Position: Social Media Manager

Experience: 2+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹50,000 (Based on Skills & Experience)

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.




Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
Manage daily posting, audience engagement, and community management.
Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for social media creatives.
Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite and analytics tools.
Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
