Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate (BBA) and postgraduate (MBA) courses in Management, with a focus on HR and Finance.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and deliver lectures effectively.
Conduct student assessments, examinations, and evaluations.
Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.
Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
Organize and contribute to seminars, workshops, and guest lectures.
Engage in research, publications, and faculty development activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) - Mandatory
Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Mandatory
Specialization in Human Resource (HR) and/or Finance (any one or both).

Preferred Qualifications
UGC NET qualified.
Ph.D. in Management or related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
