5+ Years Experience
C# development for industrial equipment control software
Development of low level hardware interfaces (IO, PLCs, motion controllers)
Implementation of real time / deterministic control logic
Integration of electro mechanical subsystems (motion, robotics, vacuum, power)
Development of state machines and sequencing logic for tool operation
Hardware/software integration and commissioning support
Debugging and root cause analysis of control and timing issues
Implementation of error handling, interlocks, and safety logic
Writing maintainable, modular control components for long lived systems
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in software engineering, Computer Science or related

Key Responsibilities
To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes,



performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
