About the role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital setting,
they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can see what’s needed to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. You‘ll be responsible for advising our business on crypto compliance requirements and related controls.

What you'll be doing
Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision
Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme
Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations
