Shop Assistant / Retail Assistant

Job Summary

A Shop Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection, handling sales transactions, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer customer questions about products, prices, and promotions.
Help customers locate items and make purchasing decisions.
Operate cash registers and process payments.
Receive, unpack, and arrange merchandise on shelves.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues appropriately.
Support promotional activities and sales campaigns.
Follow store policies and safety procedures.

Basic English and local language proficiency.

Pay: ₹6,500.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
