Job Summary:
We are looking for an Aptitude Trainer to prepare students for campus placements by enhancing their quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct aptitude training sessions for students.
Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability.
Design study materials, mock tests, and practice assignments.
Assess student performance and provide individual feedback.
Prepare students for placement aptitude tests conducted by recruiters.
Track progress and improve students' test-taking strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree with solid aptitude and reasoning skills.
Experience in aptitude training for MBA or competitive exams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with placement exam patterns and assessment tools.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
