Roles & Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting technical issues including hardware asset troubleshooting and Cloud VOIP Platform.
Diagnosing and repairing faults including any hardware issues like
RAM upgrade, SSD upgrade.
Resolving network issues.
Prior experience in Access Provisioning, CRM Software
Maintaining hardware inventory stock.
Familiarity with Google workspace (G-Suite).




Installing and configuring hardware and software including formatting laptops.
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, desk side support, resident engineer or a similar role.
Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.

Other Requirements:
Minimum qualification
Graduate or diploma in relevant IT domain
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Be available for in office support during agreed-upon hours/days.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
