Job Summary:
Factory HR Executive is responsible for managing all aspects of HR within a manufacturing facility. They ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage employee relations, and oversee recruitment, training, and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.




Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Manage compensation and advantages programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee perks.
Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage and mentor HR staff, including providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree in HR is a plus.
Robust knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
