Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Monitor store expenses and optimize operational efficiency.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.
Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Customer Service Excellence
Ensure exceptional customer experience at all times.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Build robust customer relationships to increase loyalty and repeat business.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement actions.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor store staff.
Conduct performance reviews and provide regular coaching.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.

Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Conduct regular inventory audits and stock counts.

Manage cash handling, banking, and daily reconciliation.
Monitor store profitability and control costs.
Prepare operational and sales reports for management.
Ensure adherence to financial controls and audit requirements.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain security procedures to protect employees, customers, and assets.
Ensure all legal and company compliance requirements are met.
