Key Responsibilities
Assist in Designing: Help create engaging social media creatives, advertisements, banners, and marketing campaigns.
Branding Support: Support the design team in crafting branding materials including logos, brochures, flyers, and corporate stationery.
Print Preparation: Learn and assist in developing print-ready artworks with proper bleed, color profiles, and production specifications.
Digital Assets: Design website banners, landing page assets, and promotional marketing visuals.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, marketing, and content teams to bring high-quality campaigns to life.
Asset Management: Edit,



enhance, and organize images, illustrations, and creative assets.
Stay Trendy: Stay updated with current design trends and AI-powered creative workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Fresher / Final year student / Recent graduate looking for practical agency exposure.
Core Skills: Robust creativity, fresh visual communication ideas, and a keen eye for detail.
Software Proficiency: Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
CorelDRAW
Design Fundamentals: Valuable foundational understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Mindset: Eager to take feedback, learn agency workflows, and manage tasks within deadlines.
