Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication.
Follow up with leads and abandoned orders.
Assist customers with product recommendations and sizing.
Resolve order, delivery, exchange, and return-related queries.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Maintain customer records and conversation history.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
Drive repeat purchases through regular customer engagement.
Support loyalty programs, launches, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
