Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage the procurement of construction materials, MEP items, equipment, and other project-related requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely processing and approvals.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and store teams to understand procurement requirements and delivery schedules.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and product quality.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.




Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
Track material deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues with vendors.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and pricing trends.
Support cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality and project timelines.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement within the Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering industry.
Solid understanding of construction materials, vendor management, and procurement processes.
Experience in vendor negotiations and purchase order management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, project-driven workplace.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of construction material specifications and procurement planning
