Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor development, and purchase order processing.
Procure stainless steel raw materials such as flanges, fittings, and piping components.
Identify and evaluate vendors based on cost, quality, delivery timelines, and reliability.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
Ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules.




Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and purchase reports.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Stores teams for material requirements.
Monitor market trends and raw material price fluctuations.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of procurement processes within manufacturing environments
Experience in sourcing stainless steel materials, flanges, fittings, and piping components
Good negotiation and vendor management skills
Solid analytical and cost evaluation abilities
Knowledge of Automotive or Iron & Steel industry procurement practices
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
