Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, timelines, and milestones.
Support project execution by coordinating activities and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Track project progress and proactively identify potential delays.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate project resources, tasks, and information across teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and records.
Ensure all project files and communications are properly documented and accessible.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
Facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and project issues.




Escalate concerns appropriately and support the implementation of effective solutions.
Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to project teams.
Manage project-related inquiries and assist in organizing meetings and follow-ups.

Qualifications Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, or a similar role.
Experience in the blockchain, Web3, SaaS, or technology sector is preferred.

Required Skills:
Solid organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset.
