Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Location: GCA, Durgapur

About Us:
GCA is a growing automotive detailing and vehicle protection studio specializing in premium detailing, ceramic coatings, PPF, and vehicle care services.

Role & Responsibilities:
Welcome and interact with customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
Build solid relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and social media leads.
Follow up with customers for feedback, repeat business, and service reminders.
Maintain customer records and appointment schedules.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Assist in creating customer-focused content for social media when required.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Bengali, Hindi,



and basic English.
Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and social media.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or CRM is preferred but not mandatory.
Passion for automobiles will be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for someone who can build trust with customers, create long-term relationships, and represent GCA Automotive professionally.

Salary:
Based on experience and performance.
