Key ResponsibilitiesWhatsApp Support
Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product information, order updates, and basic troubleshooting.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the relevant team when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and empathetic communication.

Order Confirmation
Contact customers to confirm order details before dispatch.
Verify customer information, delivery address, and order accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Update order statuses and maintain accurate records.




Handle customer queries related to order confirmation and modifications.

Who Should Apply?
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-first approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple conversations.
