Position:Inventory Data Management / Inventory Data Master & Bill of Materials (BOM)
Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata
Employment:Full-Time | Permanent
Shift:Australian Market Shift 4:30AM to 1:30PM ( Free Pick Up Provided )
Experience: 3+ years in Inventory Data, Master Data, BOM, ERP, or related operations
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update inventory master data accurately in ERP systems.→Create, maintain and validate Bill of Materials (BOM)
Ensure accuracy of item codes, descriptions, units of measure, specifications and inventory attributes.
Perform data validation, cleansing and regular master data audits.
Manage recent item creation, modifications and deactivation of inventory records.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production,



Finance and Operations teams.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates and inconsistencies.
Maintain proper documentation and data governance standards.
Prepare inventory and master data reports as required.
Robust understanding of Inventory Master Data and BOM structures.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
Excellent Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and data validation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
