Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a well-organized Executive Assistant for a part time position (4 hours per day)to provide support to the US management in its office in Corte Madera, Marin County, California. It is a outstanding opportunity to build relationships with high-level executives and improve our organization's overall efficiency.

Working hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS:
Robust time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.




Coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare, format, and distribute reports and other business documents.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate document management.
Collaborate with global offices and teams to collect, verify, and consolidate required information.
