Primary Responsibilities:
Translate experimental research and analytical insights into scalable, secure, and production-ready enterprise solutions
Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance accountability for engineering managers and senior-level skilled staff across artificial intelligence, machine learning, and traditional software development teams
Partner with product, business,



and technology leaders to align artificial intelligence and non-artificial intelligence engineering initiatives with measurable business outcomes
Communicate complex technical, analytical, and artificial intelligence-driven insights clearly to leadership and non-technical stakeholders
Strategically use artificial intelligence technologies to solve business problems, unlock current platform capabilities, and deliver tangible business value
Champion artificial intelligence as a core driver of the team's success, proactively shaping how artificial intelligence is developed, deployed, and responsibly used with transparency, fairness, and accountability
Integrate enterprise artificial intelligence tools, establish artificial intelligence development goals in team plans, and align hiring with evolving artificial intelligence competencies to actively remove barriers to adoption
