Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional like Monita Patel, who can independently manage premium residential interior projects while taking ownership of client relationships, project execution, networking, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Execution
Lead complete interior design projects from concept to final handover.
Understand client requirements, prepare layouts, design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
Conduct client presentations and obtain design approvals.
Coordinate with execution teams, vendors, architects, consultants, and site engineers.
Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines while maintaining company quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits and resolve design and execution-related issues.

Client Relationship Management
Handle premium residential clients independently.
Build trust through excellent communication and qualified consultation.




Provide end-to-end client support throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Business Development & Networking
Develop relationships with architects, builders, developers, channel partners, and influencers.
Generate current business prospects through networking and referrals.
Represent Visual Vibrations Pvt. Ltd. at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Assist the sales team in converting design enquiries into confirmed projects.

Marketing & Brand Representation
Collaborate with the marketing team for project showcases, social media content, and client testimonials.
Participate in promotional activities and branding initiatives.
Represent the company with professionalism during client interactions and public events.

Process Management
Follow company SOPs and project management procedures.
Maintain BOQs, quotations, project docu
