Must have knowledge of Refunds, Fares & pricing
Travel certification is required.
Must have knowledge of different fare and routing types
Good communication skills
Good Travel geographical knowledge

Participate in process improvement initiatives, be adaptable and change-ready in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: Handle travel bookings and related services using any major GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Process refunds, fares, and pricingaccurately in accordance with company policies and airline guidelines.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service.
Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards, ensuring error‑free work and adherence to SLAs.
Participate in process improvement initiativesto enhance operational efficiency.
Adapt to recent processes and changes within a energetic work environmentwith a willingness to learn.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline
