Responsibilities:
Coordinate with carriers and customers for freight movement.
Negotiate freight rates and secure loads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients.
Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
Resolve shipment-related issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Fluent and confident speaking ability is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience or International Sales experience.
Ability to work in the US Night Shift.
