Qualification:
CA / CA Inter / CA Intern / B.Com / M.Com / Relevant Finance Degree(regular )
Experience:
10+ years of experience in Indian accounting (company payroll experience mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end Indian payroll processing and statutory compliance
Handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC and related filings
Ensuring compliance with Indian statutory and company laws
Preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports
Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
Coordination with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities
Software Knowledge:
Zoho Books
Tally (Prime/ERP)
Advanced MS Excel
Team Management:
Lead and manage the accounts team
Review accounting work and ensure timelines and accuracy
Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive communication and team-handling ability
Pay: ₹70,369.12 - ₹100,000.00 per month
