Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Lead interior design projects from concept development to final execution.
Meet with clients to understand project requirements, design preferences, budgets, and timelines.
Develop cutting-edge design concepts, space planning, layouts, mood boards, presentations, and material palettes.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and design documentation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
Guide,



mentor, and review the work of junior designers and design teams.
Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Review material selections, finishes, furniture, lighting, and specifications.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, products, and technologies.
Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design.
Strong portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Knowledge of 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or other visualization software is an added advantage.
