Key job responsibilities
Partner with hiring teams to craft innovative sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies that deliver top talent and maximize ROI.
Recommend ideas and strategies that fuel our long-term growth and drive continuous improvement.
Articulate and execute comprehensive recruiting plans with explicit deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.




Contribute to special projects and initiatives that elevate our interviewing techniques, talent pipelines, and overall recruiting excellence.
Enable driving of interviewer engagement, participation rates, reporting and incentivize with the support of project coordinators

A day in the life

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree
2 years experience in MBA Campus Recruitment
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
Solid interpersonal skills which would translate into effective relationship building across campuses

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Solid inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation
Ability to drive various branding and engagement activities across campuses in India
Strong HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative
Proven ability to use data to influence decisions
