Job Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career prospects, and training programs.
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
Guide prospective students through the admission process.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
Maintain student records and update CRM/database regularly.
Coordinate with trainers and management regarding admissions and student support.




Meet monthly admission and counseling targets.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling, admissions, sales, or customer support (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Positive attitude, confidence, and persuasive skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
