Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Consolidation

Manage full-cycle accounting for all group entities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements Ensure accuracy and timeliness in books of accounts across Construction, Hospitality, Logistics, and other verticals 2. Statutory Compliance & Taxation

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax,



and ROC returns Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards Maintain 100% compliance with regulatory requirements 3. Audit & Documentation

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and statutory audits Maintain well-documented records for regulatory and audit purposes Implement and strengthen internal financial controls 4. Financial Control & Operations

Oversee bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and inter-company transactions Supervise payroll processing and ensure accurate disbursals Review and optimize vendor contracts and payment cycles 5. MIS & Business Support

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
