Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

*Identify and generate current business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, and strategic partnerships.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Team Building & Leadership
Build the Business Development team from scratch by hiring, training, mentoring, and managing team members.
Set KPIs, sales targets,



and performance metrics for the team.
Foster a high-performance, results-driven sales culture.
Continuously coach the team to improve conversion rates and client engagement.

Market Development
Identify current markets, industries, and business prospects.
Analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs to develop effective growth strategies.
Establish partnerships and expand the company’s market presence.

Digital Marketing Consultation
Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions, including:
SEO
Social Media Marketing
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Website Development
Branding
Performance Marketing
Content Marketing
Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

Experience
5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
