About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital workplace,



they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for an experienced Information Officer to lead our local regulatory compliance strategy. You'll be establishing and executing our privacy and data protection compliance programme.

What you'll be doing
Acting as the officially registered Information Officer in South Africa with the Information Regulator
Building and leading a local privacy team, while coordinating with the global Data Protection Officer
Designing the complete framework for how we handle personal information to ensure we meet South African and European privacy standards
Leading deep-dive reviews of recent products and AI tools to ensure they're fair, transparent, and secure
Creating clear maps of how data flows through our systems
Managing the full lifecycle of data,
