Job Description - Senior Social Media Strategist

Job Overview:
This role involves creating growth strategies, managing the social media team, improving content performance, and ensuring content is published consistently.

Key Responsibilities
Build and execute personal branding strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram.
Define content positioning, themes, audience, tone, and growth plans.
Plan posts, reels, carousels, stories, and founder-led content.
Manage the social media team and coordinate with writers, designers, and editors.
Review content quality and ensure it matches the personal brand.
Manage content calendars and ensure regular publishing.
Track page performance and improve strategy based on data.
Research trends, competitors, and platform updates.

Requirements:
Proven experience in personal branding strategy and execution.




Experience working with founders, entrepreneurs, creators, or business leaders.
Robust understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram growth.
Ability to manage social media pages and creative teams.
Positive understanding of content planning, positioning, analytics, and optimisation.
Strong communication, ownership, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience growing a personal brand page within a short period.
Solid understanding of LinkedIn thought leadership and Instagram reels.
Ability to create content systems and campaign ideas.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
