Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads, acquire clients, and manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property and investment solutions.
Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and site visits to drive conversions.
Prepare and explain cost sheets, payment plans, financing options, and home loan processes.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals accurately while ensuring complete documentation and compliance.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, developers, banks, and channel partners.
Achieve sales, revenue, and collection targets while monitoring pipeline and conversion metrics.
Train, mentor, and support the sales team on client pitching, project presentations, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking, registration, and post-sales processes.




Track market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
