Hiring: VMC Incharge
Industry: Tool Room / Mold & Die / Precision Manufacturing
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day operations of the VMC Department.
Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily targets.
Handle manpower allocation, shift planning, and operator supervision.
Ensure optimum machine utilization and minimum downtime.
Monitor tooling, fixtures, machine maintenance, and process improvements.
Read engineering drawings and ensure production as per quality standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in supervisory/Incharge role.
Robust knowledge of VMC machines, tooling, fixtures, CNC machining processes, and engineering drawings.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
