Main responsibilities:
Translate portfolio demand into actionable team capacity plans, proactively identifying gaps and mitigation strategies. Partner with the market leads/capability leads/training directors to provide technical insights into the feasibility, effort estimation,



and resource requirements of proposed learning initiatives.
Contribute to the evolution of the Global Learning Services operating model, identifying prospects to scale delivery capability and improve efficiency. Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning professionals across multiple squads, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture. Drive individual and team capability development through structured coaching, regular feedback, and tailored development plans
Manage the full performance cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, performance appraisals, and recognition. Onboard current team members effectively, ensuring rapid integration and productivity. Ensure squads are equipped with the right tools, processes, and guidance to deliver learning solutions at pace and quality
